This double-sided one-pager introduces the toolkit’s core theme, Mental Health Is Ours, and invites Californians to reflect on how care and well-being already show up in their lives. One side offers an accessible overview that reframes mental health and how we care for it as part of our existing cultures, communities, and everyday experiences. 

The reverse side features an interactive worksheet to help individuals or groups explore what was passed down to them, what grounds them today, and how they nurture their mental well-being now and in the future.
